The customer will be able to walk up to the parking booth located inside the structure and have their ticket processed with the sticker validations. Validation stickers will be accepted during your lunch hours of 11am to 3pm, and dinner will stay the same at *PARSONS FLAT LOT*   North-West corner of Fair Oaks Ave & Holly Ave
