Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every edition has a 15-day free trial. No card or payment details are needed to start, and there is one free trial per business.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you have not chosen a plan, your workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted, everything stays viewable and exportable, and new entries resume once a plan is active.
Is there a lock-in?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date. Yearly billing is optional.
What is not included in the price?
WhatsApp template messages are billed by Meta per message. Live Zomato and Swiggy orders need a paid integration partner. Ask Munshi includes 300 questions a month.
Who invoices me?
Vertex Summit, the company that builds, runs and supports Mezbaan.
