Privacy notice for demo requests
This notice explains, in plain language, what happens to the details you send when you ask about a Mezbaan demo or pilot.

Who is responsible

What we collect
When you send the demo request form on this website, or email us at hello@mezbaan.net, we receive the details you enter. The form asks for:
- your name, business name and email address;
- if you choose to give them: your mobile number, city, number of rooms and restaurant outlets, and your message;
- your business type (hotel, restaurant, or hotel with its own restaurant) and the date you contacted us;
This website uses no analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own, and loads no fonts or scripts from other websites. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. Why we use it
Only to reply to your request: to contact you about a Mezbaan demo, a pilot or a plan for your business, and to understand whether Mezbaan fits your business. We rely on the consent you give when you contact us. We do not sell your details or add you to a marketing list.
Where it goes
Requests sent through the online form go straight to the Mezbaan CRM, which Vertex Summit runs, and are seen only by the Vertex Summit team. Emails you send us are kept in the Vertex Summit mailbox that receives them.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, or ask us to delete it sooner. [Vertex Summit to confirm these periods.]
Your choices
You can withdraw your consent, or ask to see, correct or delete your details, at any time. To make a request, email hello@mezbaan.net. We will reply within the period the law requires.
Grievance officer
