Subscription terms

The terms that apply to Mezbaan plans, the same as shown when you choose a plan in the app.

15-day free trial

Use your edition free for 15 days as a free pilot. No card or payment details are needed to start. One free trial per business.

When the trial ends

If you have not chosen a plan, your workspace becomes read-only: everything stays viewable and exportable, nothing is deleted, and new entries resume once your plan is paid and activated.

Billing

Monthly plans are billed one month at a time. Yearly is optional and is billed once for 12 months at 15% less. No GST is charged at present.

Renewal

Your plan renews for the same period until you cancel, with an invoice from Vertex Summit for each period. Monthly and yearly can be switched from Settings → Subscription; the change applies from the next invoice.

Cancellation

Monthly plans have no lock-in. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be billed again. Your data stays yours to export.

Usage-based charges

WhatsApp template messages are billed by usage at Meta's rates from a prepaid wallet. Ask Munshi includes 300 questions a month; heavy use is billed as an add-on.
