Your hotel and its restaurant, on one bill
Mezbaan Haveli is for hotels that run their own restaurant or room service. The front desk and the restaurant share one guest record, so a dinner charged to a room reaches the folio correctly and is counted once.

What it fixes
Room service on a paper slipThe slip reaches the front desk late, or with the wrong room number.
Checked before it postsThe restaurant bill moves to a room only after five checks: room, guest surname, active stay, open folio and credit limit.
Two systems that never agreeHotel software and restaurant billing each claim the same dinner.
Counted onceThe restaurant keeps the sale; the folio records a transfer. Dashboards and exports use the same rule.
Guests are strangers to the restaurantThe restaurant cannot see that the diner is a returning guest.
One guest recordStays and meals sit on one profile, so loyalty points and preferences follow the guest.
How a dinner reaches the guest’s room bill
The restaurant and the front desk stay separate where they should be, and connect at one checked step.

Questions about Mezbaan Haveli
What are the five checks before a room charge posts?
The room number, the guest’s surname, an active stay, an open folio, and the folio’s credit limit. If any fails, the charge stays on the restaurant bill and the cashier is told why.
Can room service and the restaurant use different kitchens?
Yes. Routing rules send each item to its station, such as tandoor or bar, whichever outlet it was ordered from.
Is the restaurant priced separately?
Haveli includes one restaurant outlet with the rooms. Each extra outlet is an add-on. See pricing.
Can I start with Sarai and add the restaurant later?
Yes. Moving to Haveli switches the restaurant on in the same workspace; nothing is migrated.
