Questions about Mezbaan Sarai

Is Sarai suitable for a homestay with five rooms?

Yes. The smallest Sarai plan covers up to 15 rooms. You can switch off modules you do not need, such as banquets.

Does Sarai connect to Booking.com or a channel manager?

Not directly today. Staff enter OTA bookings with their source, and the grid shows them alongside direct bookings. A channel-manager connection is not built yet.

Can guests pay online?

The booking page and folios can send payment links once your payment gateway is connected. Until then, staff record payments and UPI references at the desk.

What if I open a restaurant later?

Move to Mezbaan Haveli. It is the same workspace with the restaurant switched on, so your rooms, guests and history stay where they are.
