Link your other hotels and restaurants to your owner login once. After that you switch between them from the sidebar without signing in again, and the My properties page shows today’s figures for every property together.

Two properties should not mean two logins
An owner with a hotel in one town and a restaurant in another usually keeps two logins, two apps open and a phone call to each manager at night to find out how the day went.
- One login, every propertySwitch from one property to the next in the sidebar. No second password, no second app.

- Each property stays its ownIts own GST, invoice series, staff, plan and data. Nothing mixes between properties.

Link a property in three steps

Open My properties
In your main business, go to My properties and choose Add another property.

Confirm it is yours
Enter that property’s owner e-mail, its password and the 6-digit code from its authenticator app, once.

Switch any time
The property now appears in the sidebar switcher and on My properties. Open it with full owner access.

Do I pay once for all my properties?
Each property runs on its own Mezbaan plan, priced by its rooms and outlets. For a group of properties, write to us and we will quote a combined price. See pricing.
Can my manager use this?
No. Only a business owner can link properties and see the My properties page. Managers and staff keep working inside their own property.
What if a property is new to Mezbaan?
Each property is set up first, with its own owner login, during onboarding. Then you link it to your main login in under a minute.
How is this different from multiple outlets?
Outlets are restaurants or counters inside one business, sharing its GST registration. Properties are separate businesses, such as two hotels, each with its own GST and staff.
