Questions about Munshi

Does Munshi make up numbers?

No. Munshi answers from your own records, using the same definitions as the dashboards, and ends each answer with a line on how it was worked out. If there is nothing recorded, it says so.

Which languages does Munshi understand?

English, Hinglish and Hindi, including a mix in one question, such as “pichle mahine ka profit”.

Can my staff ask Munshi?

Yes. Each person only gets answers about figures their role can already see. A cashier asking about profit is told the role does not include it.

Can Munshi change anything in my workspace?

No. Munshi only reads figures. Bills, bookings and settings are changed on their own screens, where every change is logged.

What if Munshi does not understand a question?

It says so and shows questions it can answer. Munshi answers about your business figures; it is not a general chatbot.
