Numbers you can trust at the end of the day

Three dashboards built from one set of definitions: customers, sales and operations, and finance. Figures stay marked estimated until you close the day or the month, so nobody mistakes a draft for the final number.

In Mezbaan Sarai, Mezbaan Haveli and Mezbaan Rasoi.

Owners often get three different totals for the same day from the front desk, the restaurant and the accountant.

The details that matter

Per-unit P&L

Rooms and each outlet separately, with shared costs split by your rule.

Period close

Close a month to turn estimated figures into final ones.

Tally and Zoho Books

Day books and sales registers in the format your accountant uses.

Ask Munshi

Ask a question in English or Hindi and see the answer with how it was worked out. 300 questions a month are included.

Questions

Can my accountant get the data?

Yes. Export for Tally or Zoho Books, or as CSV files for Excel, for any date range and unit.

Why are some numbers marked estimated?

Until the night audit or the month is closed, refunds and corrections can still change them. Closing turns them final.

Does Ask Munshi make up numbers?

Munshi answers from your reports and shows how it worked each answer out. It follows the asker’s permissions, so staff cannot see figures their role cannot.
