Hear about a bad evening before the internet does
Guests can rate their visit from the table or from the link on their bill. Ratings stay private to you, and a rating of two stars or less opens a complaint the owner sees straight away.
In Mezbaan Sarai, Mezbaan Haveli and Mezbaan Rasoi.
Unhappy guests rarely complain at the table. They post a review a week later, and the owner never gets the chance to make it right.
Ratings, complaints and follow-up
Filter ratings by source, score and outlet. Mark them reviewed, hidden or spam; hidden and spam ratings do not count towards your score.
